This vapor rub is safe for all ages but should be used with caution with infants. You can rub it on your throat & chest to make it easy for the vapors to reach your nose and mouth, as well as your feet for better fast acting results. Use it up to three times per day for several days when you need a little extra respiratory and sinus support without having to worry about it drying your skin out as it also acts as a great skin moisturizer.
